Composition of roller box
Roller case, front lateral plate ,front panel, upper and lower eccentric locking collar, upper and lower roll shaft, taper sleeve, slip loop and cooling spout.
Technical characteristics
1, the main case use manganese steel as welding workpiece to guarantee the required intensity of big impact and heavy loads. In order to ensure the stability required of the precision of the produce of the case, the case need to take aging treatment after welding to eliminate internal stress. Every equipped holes in the case and the surface should use the fine tool to produce to make sure the case accuracy and interchangeability.
2, Upper and lower roll shaft use the low carbon alloy steel as the welding blank, after roughing, workpiece need to take ultrasonic flaw detection process to quench. In order to ensure the tooth surface with high hardness, tooth surface need to take carburizing and quenching treatment after semi-finishing .Fine grind of tooth surface to insure the high accuracy. After finishing the produce of roll, the balance test is needed to make sure the spinning accuracy when roll shaft is working in the high speed (2500r/min) condition.
3, Upper and lower eccentric locking collar use ZG310-570 welding steel workpiece, inner diameter and outer eccentric use finishing machine tool to ensure the inner and outer eccentric distance and machining precision. So the interchangeability of eccentric locking collar and adjustment precision of roll gap is guaranteed.
4, Front lateral plate and front panel use carbon steel to take quenching and tempering treatment, the yielding of workpiece adopt high precision machining tool. Upper and lower surface need to grind to ensure the interchangeability and equipped accuracy required. The bluing and hard chrome plating on the surface of workpiece ensure the durableness of workpiece.
5, Roller box and transmission box used embedded structure to increase the total intensity and stability. After finished the installation, at least 2hours no-load high speed test is needed. The work sound should be uniform, smooth, no-impact noise. The joint surface has no leakage after the installation of roll shaft and transmission box. Checking whether the assemble accuracy of roller box can reach the design requirement.
